The controller of personal data collected on this site is Aliantis SRL (company number 0899.552.066), reachable at contact@aliantis.be.

What we collect and why

The only personal data collected on this site is what you submit through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, company name (optional) and your message.

This data is used solely to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract). It is never sold, shared for marketing purposes, or used to send unsolicited communications.

Processors

Form submissions are technically relayed to our mailbox by Web3Forms, which acts as a processor. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.

Retention

Messages are kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months, unless a contractual relationship follows.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@aliantis.be.
